Prismaworx takes over Dutch temp employment agency Josko Smart FlexWork

Prismaworx, a Netherlands-based recruitment firm announced it has acquired Josko Smart FlexWork, a temporary employment agency also based in the Netherlands.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Josko Smart FlexWork specialises in supplying Dutch companies in logistics, food, production and agriculture with temporary professionals.

Prismaworx said this strategic takeover enables both companies to strengthen and grow their position in the logistics & food sector. Both companies said they are determined to explore new opportunities together and offer their customers the best possible service.

Josko Smart FlexWork has experienced growth in the logistics & food sector in recent years and said it has positioned itself as a reliable supply partner.

“To stimulate further growth and take the next step in their business development, Josko has been looking for a suitable partner to join forces,” the group stated.

PrismaWorx is established as a prominent player in the food and poultry sectors. The company provides flexible labour in the Netherlands and Belgium.
