Poland — Work Service replaces two management board members

19 April 2016

Two members of the management team are being replaced at Work Service Group, which ranks No. 65 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest global staffing firms.

Members Dariusz Rochman and Hubert Rozpedek are leaving the Poland-based company, and Work Service will replace them with Adam Pawlowicz and Piotr Gajek.

Pawlowicz will take over responsibility for the Polish temporary staffing market, combining the former sales and operations functions of Work Service. He will supervise the group companies Antal International and Work Service Professionals.

Gajek will take over the responsibility of Rozpedek and will work to ensure the group receives the best possible investment and cost performance, according to the company.

“Dariusz Rochman and Hubert Rozpedek have been heavily involved in the growth of the Work Service Group”, said Maciej Witucki, president of the management board. “They were both actively engaged in building our standing in Poland and on international markets for which I am very thankful. It is, among other things, due to their efforts that Work Service is now leading the HR service sector in Central and Eastern Europe”.
