22 February 2017

Polish recruitment agencies have been illegally exchanging personal data and creating blacklists of unwanted potential employees, reports Radio Poland. Polish Deputy Labour Minister Stanisław Szwed has said that the problem is difficult to investigate, adding that his ministry is considering different ways of preventing such activities. Furthermore, Szed has received reports that recruitment agencies have been discriminating against women and asking them if they are pregnant or planning to be pregnant in the future.
