Devire, a recruitment and outsourcing company headquartered in Poland, announced its financial results for the full year 2018 with revenue increasing by 41% compared to the same period last year.

The company also has offices in Germany and Czech Republic.

In Poland, revenue stood at PLN 53 million (€12.3 million), up 32.5% from the same period last year. 

The group added that net margin from the sale of permanent recruitment services increased by 66%, and amounted to PLN 15 million (€3.5 million).

 “2018 was a year of stable growth for us, based on investments made in 2017,” Michał Mlynarczyk, CEO of Devire, said. “In 2018, we significantly increased the outsourcing team, and we strengthened permanent recruitment services. We have also created two new RPO services and a digital employer branding agency called devire.digital, which, in the years to come, will be additional sources of growth.”
