Finland-based staffing provider Eezy announced Markus Jussila has been appointed as director, professional services and member of the group management team. Jussila has managed Eezy Flow and Eezy Personnel from the beginning of 2023 and been an interim director of professional services from June 2023. Jussila has over 20 years’ experience in demanding business leadership positions as well as entrepreneurship at companies such as Mehiläinen and Leidenschaft and is chairman of the board at Bookers Group.

Impellam has announced the appointment of Robin Sanders to the role of chief sales officer, North America. As the new chief sales officer, Sanders will lead sales strategy, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding market presence across North America. Sanders has been part of the group for over 10 years, most recently in the role of senior vice president of client solutions at our brands Lorien & Guidant Global. She will be leading Impellam Group North America's growth strategy across its brands to acquire new customers for the Solution Sales Group.

Marta Ferreiro is the new national director of strategic accounts at Randstad Spain. With more than 20 years of experience in strategic account management at the Randstad Group, he has developed a successful track record at Randstad Enterprise Group as VP Global Sales & Account Management over the last six years. During this time, Ferreiro has led the global management of important clients such as Telefónica, Mondelez, Sanofi, Tenneco and Gestamp, among others.

Ferreiro will work closely with all divisions of the company with the aim of promoting and attracting business in the Spanish market. Her focus will be focused on developing and coordinating large projects linked to the life cycle of talent in companies, always putting the needs of clients at the centre. She previously held the positions of key account manager and director of large accounts in Madrid in Randstad Spain for more than 14 years.
