Personnel appointments for Adecco Group Netherlands, Elevation Group, Hays, ABU

Adecco Group Netherlands announced it appointed Femke Hellemons as new country head. She joined Adecco Group in 1999. She was most recently head of operations for Adecco Group Netherlands. Alex Fleming, Regional President Adecco Northern Europe, said, “In the current challenges of the Dutch market, we are convinced that Femke, with her knowledge, experience and drive, will play a crucial role in this and add value.”

Elevation Group announced that it has appointed Michiel Mulder as new marketing director. The Elevation Group is a new holding group for the existing IT Staffing labels Elevation Partners, The.NextGen and TNG Staffing. Mulder will join the board team as Marketing Director to build a brand and marketing teams that enables the group to grow from the scale-up phase to one of the leading companies in the IT-Staffing. 

Hays has appointed Nigel Kirkham as managing director of its Enterprise Solutions business. Kirkham joined the FTSE 250 business in May, succeeding the former managing director of the Enterprise Solutions business, Matthew Dickason, who recently moved into a new role within Hays, as the managing director of its APAC region. Kirkham brings to Hays experience from several industries including management consultancy, hi-tech and financial services. His most recent roles have been with the global financial services business, TMF Group. Prior to that he held the position of global head of sales at Avanade and was also a partner at KPMG Management Consulting.

ABU, the Dutch Federation of Private Employment Agencies, announced that Suzan Blaakenburg, operational director at employment agency Raaak, and Margareth Nieling, general director of employment agency Yellow Works, were elected as new board members during the General Meeting of Members (GMM) on 13 June. Liesbeth Griffioen has resigned her position as board member.

“The ABU Board is pleased with the arrival of Suzan Blaakenburg and Margareth Nieling and is convinced that they will play an important role in strengthening ABU's position and representing the interests of the temporary employment sector,” the group stated.
