UK-based recruitment firm NRG announced the appointment of Leanne Chambers as managing director of both NRG and its RPO and MSP business, Greenbean. The appointment marks a significant step in aligning the synergies between these two brands, each with its unique offerings to enhance its comprehensive suite of recruitment solutions to clients nationwide. In her role, Chambers will play a key leadership role in both companies, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence.

Chambers has been with NRG for almost 20 years, the last six of which as the driving force behind Greenbean. Under her leadership, Greenbean has delivered volume and project recruitment solutions to clients throughout the UK.

SeeMeHired

SeeMeHired, a talent platform based in Belfast, announced it has appointed Sam McIlveen as managing director. McIlveen was previously managing director of Stepstone’s Atlantic Local Markets Ireland. SeeMeHired allows companies to source, engage, select, onboard, and hire talent at scale.

Dexian

Dexian, a US-based provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, announced the rebranding of its DISYS operations in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Hungary to Dexian. This move enhances Dexian's global brand identity and showcases the availability of the company’s comprehensive platform of staffing and business solutions for clients in Europe and the surrounding region.

Leading the European launch of Dexian is Kevin Roy, the company’s new sales director and Head of Dexian, Europe. The organisation already has more than 15 years of experience and market expertise in Europe. Roy intends to build on Dexian’s successful evolution and introduce the opportunities this global platform brings to the region. Dexian began in the US and has grown into one of the country’s largest staffing firms. The company has more than 30 years of managed staffing program (MSP) experience and over 200 Fortune 500 companies on its customer list.
