Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, announced that Paul Ottolini has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ottolini will be responsible for managing the firm's global financial operations, connecting strategy with performance and overseeing financial reporting and budget management. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ottolini was the CFO of IBM's Global Business Services division. Before that, Ottolini was at Deloitte for over twenty years, where he held a range of financial, operational and client-facing roles.

London-headquartered executive search firm SpenglerFox has named Maciej Kotowicz as country manager for Poland. In this role, he is responsible for the business growth and development of his local team in Warsaw.  Additionally, Kotowicz is responsible for client services/satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development. Kotowicz spent the past 12 years as a partner at Heidrick & Struggles in Poland.

Staffing software solutions firm Erecruit, that now incorporates Bond International Software, announced the appointment of Mark Hodgkinson as Director of Services and Support, Adapt. Hodgkinson brings with him over 20 years’ recruitment sector experience of software development and managing professional services consultancy teams to support client relationships. He worked with Bond International Software from 1994 to 2015, and then join Nasstar as Professional Services Director.
