PSR Group, a UK-based recruitment group, announced key internal changes as part of a wider group restructuring program that will position the business for continued success.

James Sanders, who founded the group in 2005 and has served as managing director for 18 years, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO for PSR Group). At the same time, David Berks has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer for PSR Group.

John Berks has been appointed as managing director of the PSR Solutions brand, based out of the Stafford, UK office and replacing Sanders. In this role he will continue to oversee the business operation, expansion, and execution of the business strategy across the built environment market in the UK.

PSR Group operates in specialist and growing markets to deliver talent acquisition, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and consultancy services.

Nienke Overgaauw is the new CEO of Netherlands-based Bluetech Engineering. The group places professionals in the infrastructure, utility, energy and government sectors. Before this, Overgaauw was active at DPA as director of the Banking & Insurance cluster and has worked in job placement throughout her career. She succeeds Arne Benner, who will remain connected to Bluetech Engineering as an advisor.

Overgaauw also previously worked at the Adecco Group, TAPFIN and Randstad Netherlands.

Randstad has appointed Pep Fernández as the new CFO of Randstad Spain, replacing Ana Requena, who is now the CEO of Randstad Spain (from January 2023).

Fernández joined Randstad in 2009, where after performing various roles in the financial area, he was appointed Chief Data Officer (CDO) in 2021. Fernández will form part of the management committee of Randstad Spain, where in addition to his current responsibilities as CDO, he will act as a key member of the management team, assuming the general direction of Finance and Administration.
