Netherlands-based temporary and permanent recruitment firm Olympia Nederland announced that it has appointed Susan Swarte as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Olympia, Susan was CFO for Van Hessen BV in the Netherlands and Member of the Supervisory Board for Generali Nederland N.V. and Member of the Supervisory Board for Heineken.

Textkernel, the Dutch recruitment technology firm, announced that it has appointed Maciej Hoch and Guus Meijer as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer, respectively. Hoch, who previously worked at Lightspeed HQ, will be responsible for leading Textkernel’s technology and innovation. Meanwhile, Meijer, formerly of Connexys, will help scale up the company’s professional services and support divisions.

Acorn Recruitment, part of the Acorn Group (a division of Synergie), appointed Mohammed Alamgir Ahmed as new Head of Operations to continue the development of its specialist recruitment divisions such as legal, accounting and finance, HR, life sciences and executive search. Alamgir Ahmed has previously worked with Yolk Recruitment in Wales.

Eames Consulting announced the appointment of Alex Ince as Director, Hong Kong. Alex will be responsible for the management, development and expansion of the team. Ince previously worked as Talent Acquisition Lead at Generali, as well as Robert Walters and Oliver James Associates.

Scotland-based Atkinson Macleod Executive Search appointed Chris Grange as director to lead its energy and natural resources business. His new role will allow the firm to expand its offerings in the energy, oil and gas and natural resources markets, focusing on the UK and Europe. Grange previously worked with Odgers Berndston.
