UK-based staffing and workforce solutions provider Impellam Group plc appointed Tina Wendy Stowell as nonexecutive director. Stowell has held a number of senior positions in media and government. She has been member of the House of Lords since 2011 and was Leader of the House from 2014 to 2016. Between 2001 and 2010, she worked at the BBC and was promoted as the company's head of corporate affairs in 2008. She currently is a director of ABTA limited and Crimestoppers limited.

South Africa-based staffing provider Adcorp announced that Ngange Nongogo has resigned as nonexecutive director effective 13 October. Nongogo represented Value Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd. Nongogo has also resigned from Value Capital Partners.

Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm, announced Daniela Anderson joined its global private equity and venture capital practice and its London team as a client partner. She has more than 16 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience and most recently founded and led her own executive search and talent management firm.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry named Chad Astmann as co-head of global asset management. Astmann brings more than 15 years of experience to the role and has worked with clients around the world.

London-based executive search firm Pure Search reported Ken Lewin will head its new branch in Berlin. Lewin has more than 10 years of experience. The company noted that Germany ranks as one of the fastest-growing economies in Europe.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. appointed principals Hannah Joyce and Adreas Sjostrom in London. Joyce was previously a member of the internet and digital practice at an international executive search firm and a senior consultant at a boutique firm specializing in software and IT services appointments. Sjostrom most recently was part of the industrial practice at another global executive search firm.
