People – Harrier Human Capital, The Curve Group, TML, Russell Tobin

Australia-based talent management solutions and RPO provider Harrier Human Capital announced the appointment of Sue Howse as Managing Director for its Talent Solutions company. Howse spent 17 years as a general manager at Manpower Group Solutions and previously worked at Allied Transport Solutions. At Harrier she will focus on developing solutions across RPO and MSP services for new and existing clients, marking Harrier’s formal entry into the MSP sector.

Recruitment outsourcing, and HR services firm The Curve Group appointed Luke Windeatt-Dickens into the role of Client Solutions Director.  The Curve Group states that Windeatt-Dickens’ primary focus will be on end-to-end sales process management, growing the multiple service lines of the group. Prior to the Curve Group, Windeatt-Dickens worked at Allegis Global Solutions, Korn Ferry, Rethink Talent Management and Resource Solutions.

UK international executive recruitment firm TML (Tomorrow’s Marketing Leaders), appointed James Gilford as Principal Consultant to help grow the financial services practice in the new London office. Gilford previously worked at specialist marketing recruitment agency EML. TML Partners specialise in placing senior marketing talent, primarily Chief Marketing Officers, Marketing Directors and their management teams within blue chip and high growth businesses. The venture is independent and majority owned by the staff.

Russell Tobin, a division of Pride Global, a professional recruitment and staffing company, announced their international expansion into London and the appointment of Damian Byrne as Director. Byrne has more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment for various global hedge funds and investment banks in the UK and Australia. Russell Tobin assists clients with direct hire and contract talent search solutions to fulfil client hiring needs.
