People – Elite Leaders, Work Service, Nakama, Capita

Jeff Brooks was appointed Chief Executive Officer of London-based recruitment networking organisation Elite Leaders. Brooks entered the recruitment industry in 1984. Among the roles he held in the industry include Vice Chairman of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Operations Director at Parity, and Chairman of Primesourcing.

Work Service Capital Group (WSE:WSE) the Polish staffing, RPO, and outsourcing company announced that Maciej Witucki resigned as Chairman of Supervisory Board with effect from 17 October 2019. Earlier this year Witucki resigned from his role as CEO with effect from 28 February 2019. No reason for the resignation was provided.

Nakama announced in its Annual General Meeting that Patrick Meehan and Andrea Williams have now officially stepped down from the Board to focus on other business interests. The company’s Board will comprise of Tim Sheffield, Chairman; Rob Thesiger, Chief Executive; and Michael Cleland, independent non-executive director.

Capita announced that Aimie Chapple has joined the company as executive officer of Customer Management while Chantal Free has joined as executive officer of People Solutions. Chapple worked for more than 20 years at Accenture, holding a series of senior positions, including UK and Ireland chief innovation officer. She is a non-executive director of Learning Technologies Group. Free joins from Willis Towers Watson, where she was managing director and head of Human Capital and Benefits, Western Europe.
