Recruitment Process Outsourcing Provider Cielo appointed Brian Lindstrom as its new Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. With over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and global operations, Lindstrom will oversee the global finance and administrative organisation and will be based at the company's headquarters in the US. Prior to Cielo, he served in high-level roles at several healthcare software organisations, including Connecture, Datica, and Epic Systems, as well as time spent in the other technology companies.

Australia-based Harrier Talent Solutions announced the appointment of Zain Wadee to its leadership team. Wadee will be joining as Executive General Manager, Operations. Wadee has more than twenty years’ leadership experience in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service programs (MSP) market, where he has led significant accounts for major brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Wadee is responsible for Harrier’s RPO and MSP business, including a national portfolio of enterprise and project solutions, Perth-based sourcing hub and shared service centre in Manila.  Working in close partnership with Harrier Talent Solutions Founder and CEO Kelly Quirk, Wadee will also lead Harrier’s technology and management consulting practices.

Harrier Human Capital also recently announced the appointment of Kate Beattie to the role of Group Head of Marketing. Reporting to CEO Quirk, Beattie is responsible for overseeing brand, communications, public relations and enterprise bid management, delivering to an aggressive growth strategy. Beattie has previously worked as Head of Marketing and Employer Branding with HR technology company FlexCareers. She has 20 years of international talent acquisition and management experience.

US-based iWorkGlobal, a global workforce management business, announced the appointments of Gustavo Sengès to managing director, Latin America (LATAM), and Helga Venturini Townend to managing director, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In these roles, Sengès and Venturini Townend will lead strategy and oversee operations and service delivery in their respective regions. Sengès brings deep experience in labour law and has led development and implementation of market strategy in LATAM in prior roles. An international compliance specialist, Venturini Townend has developed workforce programs for clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as the Americas and Asia. Previously, she ran an international compliance firm (International Compliance Experts, based in the UK), guiding clients through ever-changing employment laws and providing solutions to their workforce challenges. iWorkGlobal’s CEO and co-founder Jeff Phelps will be a featured speaker at SIA’s 2019 Collaboration in the Gig Economy conference, taking place 10-12 September 2019.
