UK-based jobs site CV-Library announced key changes to its management team. Founder Lee Biggins, who has held the position of sole Managing Director since 2013, has taken on a new role as CEO, while Deputy Managing Director, John Salt, is now Managing Director. Salt previously worked as Group Sales & Marketing Director at international recruitment firm Stepstone. CV-Library also announced the appointment of Andy Summers as its new Chief Technology Officer. Summers has spent a considerable period working for industry-leading businesses, including McLaren Group and Vertu.

Finland-based Alma Career Oy, a joint venture of Alma Media Corporation and Monster Worldwide Inc., announced that Marja Pylkkänen, Managing Director of Alma Career, will step down on 31 March 2019. On August 2018, Alma Career announced that it was closing down the recruitment services websites Monsterpolska.pl in Poland and Monster.hu in Hungary as well as the companies linked to their operations. Pylkkänen has acted as the Managing Director of Alma Career and its predecessor Monster Oy from 2010, and before that in several positions where she developed Monster.fi and Jobline.fi.

UK-based IT recruitment agency Onezeero, part of the Impellam Group, announced that it has appointed Justin Hall as its new managing director. Hall joins from Onezeero’s sister company Lorien Resourcing, where he was a member of the senior leadership team. Hall takes over from previous managing director Matt Holmes, who was recently appointed as Chief Commercial Officer for tech recruitment platform Hackajob.
