Kevin Green officially departed the Recruitment and Employment Confederation earlier this week, stepping down from his role Chief Executive and announcing that he has joined Maidenhead-based Total Talent Management firm BPS World as Non-Executive Director. Green had been Chief Executive for the REC since 2008.

Hong Kong-based executive search firm Meraki appointed Nick Marsh as its managing director, Marsh previously worked as managing director, executive search APAC, for Harvey Nash. Marsh is charged with leading the team and driving the continued growth of the company across the APAC region.

Staffing 360 Solutions announced that it appointed Mark Darby as President of its Professional Staffing in the UK with effect from 1 April 2018. Darby has over 20 years of experience in the professional staffing industry.  From 2005-2015, he held leadership positions with Kellan Group. From 1997-2001, he managed his own staffing business, Professional IT Search & Selection Limited, operating in the IT and software sectors, which he sold to UK-based Parity Group.

Staffing 360 Solutions also announced that Rob Slaney, who is the Finance Director of the newly acquired CBSbutler business, has been promoted to Group Finance Director in the UK. Prior to joining CBSbutler, Slanley was Group Financial Controller at Empresaria Group.

UK-based Resource Solutions, an RPO and MSP provider, has appointed Kirsty Adams as Global HR Director. Adams has more than 20 years’ experience as an HR professional at BT. She will be leading a global team to develop and implement HR strategies as well as programs and policies.
