Alexander Mann Solutions, a provider of global talent acquisition and management solutions, announced the appointment of Paul Modley as Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion. He first joined the company in 2014. Before joining Alexander Mann, he had worked in the talent acquisition sector for over 20 years in a variety of roles in agency, executive search and in-house. In 2012 he was awarded a British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours for services to the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Global talent specialist, the Morson Group, has added to its senior team with the promotion of Adrian Adair to group chief operating officer and David Lynchehaun to group sales director, with Adair also taking a seat among the Morson Group’s board of directors. Adair first joined the company as operations director while Lynchehaun first joined as head of client development. Adair and Lynchehaun’s focus is to drive growth in core markets and other target verticals such as IT, technology, professional services and infrastructure.

UK-based recruitment firm Pertemps appointed Linzi Murphy as head of HR recruitment for its specialist professional services team in Scotland. She previously worked with HRC Recruitment. Murphy will play a key role in meeting the company's goal of becoming the leading professional services recruitment business in the fields of HR, organisational development, leadership, talent and reward.

Stanton House, a specialist professional services and technology recruitment consultancy, announced that it appointed Caroline Lansbury as its first ever chief people officer. She was previously director of learning and development at Stanton House. Prior to joining Stanton House, she worked at Loop Learning Limited, LeaderShape Global and AndersElite.

Global energy and rail recruitment specialist, Samuel Knight International, announced that it promoted Joshua Bayliss to Power Generation & Nuclear Divisional Manager and Sam Forrest has been hired as Renewables Divisional Manager. The pair both have an extensive background in energy and recruitment and bring with them a wealth of knowledge in renewables. Both team members will support the company in managing global growth in eco-friendly energy.
