Adevinta ASA, a provider of online job advertising and classified ad websites, appointed Julien Jouhault as chief product and technology officer this week. Jouhault has more than 17 years of experience; he has been serving as interim CPTO since 24 November and previously held the role of chief technology officer for Adevinta’s French marketplace. He reports to CEO Antoine Jouteau.

Executive search firm Amrop named Lucie Shaw as managing partner at Amrop UK, joining the three founding managing partners in equity ownership of the company.

AdvTech Ltd., a South Africa-based recruitment and education firm, reported that Chairman Chris Boulle is due to retire in September after reaching the time limit of 12 years on the board; however, Boulle has agreed to remain in office until the 2024 annual general meeting pending shareholder approval. After that meeting, he will retire as director and chairman.
