Adecco Portugal announced that it has appointed Alexandra Andrade as country manager. She previously worked for Michael Page and Randstad. She joined Adecco in 2016 as a director for Spring Professional in Spain. She was previously Head of Global Professional Solutions at Adecco Group Portugal and on January 2021 she was appointed SVP Professional Recruitment Head Southern Europe Spring Professional and Badenoch and Clark.

Prism’Emploi, the French association of employment agencies, announced the re-election of Philippe Giraud as Regional President for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Currently Giraud is Regional Director/Head of Franchise at Randstad France.

JobAdder, an Australian-based recruitment software solution that helps agency and in-house recruiters find and manage talents more effectively, has announced that James Payne, has joined the company as its first Vice President of EMEA. In this new position, Payne will play a key role in expanding JobAdder’s presence in the EMEA region, through overall management of sales and marketing initiatives, as part of the company’s overall global expansion strategies. Payne brings extensive experience in the recruitment technology space, previously acting as the Sales Director of Erecruit in the EMEA region, before the company was acquired by Bullhorn Inc. in 2019. 

AD1 Holdings Limited announced that with immediate effect, Justin Mouchacca has been appointed as Company Secretary of AD1, following the resignation of Harvey Bui. Mouchacca is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 15 years' experience in public company responsibilities including statutory, corporate governance and financial reporting requirements. Since July 2019, Mouchacca has been principal of JM Corporate Services.
