Northern Ireland – Healthcare firm in management buy-out

Lucas Love HealthCare, a Belfast-based recruitment company, has confirmed a buy-out by two directors, according to the Belfast Telegraph. Lucas Love HealthCare, previously a subsidiary of Lucas Love Recruitment, provides permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment for health care sector across Northern Ireland.

Current directors, Sinead Polland and Susanne Ritchie will assume full control of operations following the buy-out. “Susanne and I are pleased to have received the continued support of the shareholders and this move will allow us to continue to drive the business forward,” said Sinead Pollard.

Now in their fifth year of business Lucas Love HealthCare describes itself as Northern Ireland’s fastest growing, registered Nursing and Domiciliary Care Agency. The company employs eight specialist members of staff at their new Belfast City office; and, provides both permanent and temporary staff to over 20 healthcare groups across the province and are a supplier for one of Northern Ireland’s largest private Healthcare providers.
