Netherlands-based HR firm The Human Network announced the acquisition of Dutch educational service provider EMC Performance with effect from 6 March 2023.

The Human Network is the Dutch branch of World of Talents, a specialised international HR group with over 3,000 employees.

EMC Performance was founded in 1985 and is located in Groenekan near Utrecht, Netherlands.

CEO of The Human Network Esther Scheffener, said that its subsidiary Triamfloat, which focuses on providing learning solutions, together with the acquisition of EMC Performance, will become the ‘largest educational service provider in the Netherlands’.

EMC Performance will keep its name but will continue, together with TriamFloat, as part of The Human Network.

“The acquisition means we are now an even more attractive employer for talented education experts,” Scheffener said. “In addition, our midlance model - the most fair and transparent remuneration system - contributes greatly to the satisfaction and commitment of our experts. They can further professionalise within our organisation, for instance by participating in theme groups and through our The Human Network Academy. They can also share best practices, strengthen and use each other's qualities."

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
