The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has approved the proposed acquisition of Dutch temporary employment agency Olympia by franchise entrepreneur Dimitri Yocarini and Avedon Capital Partners.
The seller is local investment bank NIBC. According to the regulator, the deal will not significantly impede effective competition on the domestic market for staffing services.
As owner of the offices in Amersfoort, Amsterdam and Utrecht, Yocarini is the largest franchise entrepreneur of Olympia.
