Randstad has announced that it is selling FunktieMediair, a specialist in career guidance, coaching, assessment and recruitment services, to Dutch HR consulting firm, Kenhardt.

Kenhardt and FunktieMediair will retain their current brand names. Both companies have 70 employees in total.

FunktieMediair joined Randstad in 2008 as part of Randstad’s wider acquisition of Vedior.

Kenhardt specialises in the assessment and development of employees and its customer base primarily consists of companies operating in the profit sector.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
