Netherlands – Randstad Netherlands and Tempo Team appoint new managing directors

Randstad Netherlands announced that Dominique Hermans has been appointed as Managing Director. Hermans will succeed Reiant Mulder in the role. 

Prior to joining Randstad Netherlands, Hermans was Managing Director of Tempo Team, which is also part of the Randstad Group. Werner Klaassen will succeed Hermans as the new Managing Director of Tempo-Team.

Hermans began her career with Randstad in 2001 as a branch manager then later became a regional manager. Dominique then served as Chief Operations Officer for more than eight years and then as Managing Director of Tempo-Team Belgium for over a year before becoming Managing Director of Tempo-Team.

Meanwhile, Klaassen joined Randstad in 1997 and has served as regional director for various offices within Randstad Netherlands. Since January 2015 Werner has been working at Tempo-Team in the position of operational director.

Chris Heutink, member of the Board of Management Randstad and CEO Randstad Group Netherlands commented on the departure of Reiant Mulder as Managing Director who will leave Randstad after more than 14 years, "I want to thank Reiant for all his efforts. As a program manager and general manager at I-bridge (a Randstad company) and then as Managing Director of Randstad Netherlands, he has played an important role in the digitisation of work processes and the development and implementation of 'Human Forward' in the Netherlands.”
