ROK Group, an HR services group based in the Netherlands, announced that it has acquired Dag1 (transates as ‘Day1’) a recruitment firm also based in the Netherlands.

The effective date of the transaction was 8 May 2023. ROK Group is now 100% owner of Dag1. Financial details were not disclosed.

Dag1 is based in Utrecht and active throughout the Netherlands as a recruitment specialist in the field of office functions. 

ROK Groep now consists of Dujob, a staffing firm focused in the Metal, Engineering, Industry and Logistics industires, Medicalhunt, medical secondment agency for and by healthcare professionals, Quotec, software developer for HR solutions and now also Dag1.

Johan Oost, general manager and co-owner of ROK Group said, “The arrival of Dag1 is a great addition to our group for us. On the one hand to strengthen our position in the Utrecht region, on the other hand by adding extra services to our range.”
