Approximately 13% of employees in the Netherlands search for new jobs while they’re on the clock in their current jobs, according to research from HR service provider Unique.

The survey, which polled 1,600 respondents, also showed that 9% want to look for a new job while at work but say that it is not possible.

Meanwhile, 43% of respondents say they apply for other jobs before or after work and 16% say they have interviewed for a new job during work hours, however they had agreed with their current managers prior to the job interview.
