Dutch staffing firm HeadFirst Source Group NV announced that it has completed the acquisition of Staffing Management Services (Staffing MS), a Managed Service Provider (MSP), based in the Netherlands.

Staffing MS is now part of HeadFirst Source Group with effect from 6 December 2018 and will function as an independent organisation in a separate subsidiary.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“With this takeover, HeadFirst Source Group strengthens its position as market leader in the field of organising the hiring of external professionals,” HeadFirst Source Group stated. 

In October, HeadFirst Source Group announced that it had completed the acquisition of Myler for €27 million. Myler is based in the Netherlands and specialises in matchmaking, contract management and global sourcing, mainly in the IT sector. 

On 31 August 2018 Beryllium BV, a Dutch acquisition holding company with international investors, had acquired approximately 95% of the shares in HeadFirst Source Group NV.
