Netherlands – Flexfactory buys Aelbers Flexible Personnel Services

Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory has acquired Aelbers Flexible Personnel Services BV, a Netherlands-based temporary employment agency focused on the construction and logistics industry.

Flexfactory offers through its brands, Match 4U, Fides Personnel Services, Seesing Personeel and now Aelbers Personeel, a wide range of HR services such as; sending? Not heard of that before, training, recruitment & selection, secondment, pool management and workforce management on location for NL, EU staff or a combination of these.

Flexnieuws reports that with this takeover, “an organisation is created with an expected collective annual turnover of over €100 million, where more than 3,100 people work every day.”

"We see our specialty growing and developing within Flexfactory,” Michaël Kempka, owner of Aelbers Flexible Personnel Services, said. “Think of broadening solutions for customers and new opportunities for work and projects for people who work for us. We offer the other companies access to new assignments and expertise in complex HR projects and large-scale personnel schedules.”

Aelbers Flexible Personnel Services was founded in 1997 and is based in Doetinchem.

Flexfactory, part of the Fides Uitzendgroep, also based in Doetinchem, was founded in 2004 Clemens van Lent. Last year, the company acquired Match 4U, a platform for jobseekers.

No further details of the transaction were announced.
