Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory announced that it has acquired Netherlands-based temporary employment agency Jobmax Uitzendburo BV.

No further financial details were disclosed.

Jobmax, founded 19 years ago, mediates professionals in the Netherlands in sectors such as logistics, industrial, commercial and administrative.

Flexfactory said that the takeover of Jobmax is expected to lead to a combined annual turnover of over €125 million for the company.

Founded in 2004, Flexfactory offers a wide range of HR services, such as staffing, training, recruitment & selection, secondment, pool management, and workforce management.
