Netherlands – Flexfactory acquires Marquette Detachering

27 September 2019

Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory, which is owned by French temporary employment firm Actual Leader Group, announced that it acquired Netherlands-based temporary employment firm Marquette Detachering.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Marquette Detachering, founded in 2005, places skilled personnel from different European countries for various disciplines in the technical sector and production. It also offers secondment and payroll services. The company was founded by owners Hans and Magda Evers.

“Marquette is a people company, our people are our capital and we take good care of it,” Hans Evers said. “As an independent part within Flexfactory we can offer our employees even more perspective and opportunities. The cooperation with Flexfactory means greater availability and breadth in the range of flexible employees and services for our customers. The choice of Flexfactory offers Marquette the opportunity to compete better with other nationally operating employment agencies.”

At the same time, much remains for our people and customers as it is now. Our strong name, our identity, our attention to our people and quality remain the same. In addition, we continue to sail our course in Twente focused on technology and production. Magda and I have known Clemens for over ten years as a no-nonsense and committed entrepreneur from the Achterhoek. With confidence, Marquette and Flexfactory (and its companies) will continue to grow qualitatively in the coming years.”

Founded in 2004, Flexfactory offers a wide range of HR services, such as staffing, training, recruitment & selection, secondment, pool management, and workforce management.
