Consolid, a Dutch transport and safety recruitment firm, acquired Amsterdam-based Oudstanding Groep.

Oudstanding targets the automotive segment through its Autoreset brand and driver services through its De Nieuwe Koetsiers brand. Oudstanding, which targets experienced jobseekers ages 45 to 75 years, has also recently invested in its in own planning software and apps for a gig economy online platform.

The acquisition bolsters Consolid’s position in the automotive segment and adds the smart technology component to the firm.

The management team of Oudstanding Group will remain in place and report to current CEO Jasper Den Haan, who reports to the Consolid management board.

“As Audition focuses on the so-called 'experienced generation' between the ages of 45 and 75, we gain from Consolid a large group of new experienced flex employees within our ranks,” said Dennis Mortier, DGA of Consolid.” A group which in the years to come will become more and more important in the labor market.”

Oudstelling Groep counts about about 45 internal employees and places about 7,000 people weekly to work with its clients. With the acquisition, Consolid now counts about 220 employees and expects combined 2017 revenue of about 150 million euros.
