Dutch equity firm Bencis Capital Partners announced that it has agreed to acquire EMC Group, a temporary employment agency, from equity firm Holland Capital.

The deal values EMC Group in the €25 million to €50 million range.

EMC Group provides temporary and permanent employment, freelancing, contract hiring and flexible working services.

Bencis Capital Partners has been investing in businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for over 20 years.
