Aethon Group, a healthcare staffing firm based in the Netherlands, announced it is acquiring SVOZ, a healthcare training company also based in the Netherlands.

Financial details were not disclosed.

“With this acquisition the Aethon Group is bringing expertise in-house, making it possible to efficiently train and add talents and professionals to the market and to guarantee quality,” the group stated.

SVOZ was founded in 1973.It offers healthcare courses as well as accelerated and abbreviated accredited MBO (middle-level applied education) courses for young adults who work or are going to work in the healthcare sector. SVOZ Training and Advice offers an extensive range of training courses that focus on direct care, management & coordination and training & supervision.
