NGS Group signs framework agreement with Swedish government

30 January 2024

NGS Group AB (NGS:STO), a Sweden-based staffing firm, announce that its subsidiary Source has entered into an agreement with the Swedish government office.

The framework agreement, which enters into force at the end of February, has a term of two years with the possibility of an extension for a total of two years. The total value of the agreement is estimated at SEK 5 million (€443,142).

The purpose of the framework agreement is to give the government offices access to services for second opinion assessments, carried out by licensed psychologists. Source is ranked as the first supplier on the agreement which includes second opinion services in connection with the recruitment of heads of authorities, senior directors and others.

Minna Aspnäs, head of assessment & leadership services, NGS Group, said, "The framework agreement with the government office is proof of the deep expertise and trust that our assessment & leadership team has established as advisers in recruitment to leading positions. It is a privilege for us to enable the government office to obtain professional and behavioural personal assessments and to act as a strategic sounding board in these recruitments.”

“Every leader we help to appoint has the potential to impact hundreds, if not thousands, of lives. By ensuring that the best leaders get to the positions where they can do the most good, we contribute to a positive change," added Jan Mörén, CEO of Source. "The agreement with the government office is a fantastic opportunity for us to use our experience and our insights to positively contribute to good leadership in Sweden's authorities."

Earlier this month NGS Group announced that its subsidiaries Source and Qsearch signed a framework agreement with Sweden's Municipalities and Regions (SKR) regarding the recruitment of managers and specialists.
