Job&talent, an online staffing platform based in Madrid, Spain, announced the unification of its three subsidiaries in the US — LGS Staffing, Sentech Services, and Instaff — under the global Job&Talent brand.

The group said the strategic move aims to establish a ‘more robust and cohesive’ identity in the US market, as well as to bring the best practices and comprehensive capabilities across Job&Talent to clients and workers in a consistent manner.

Since entering the US market in 2021, Job&Talent said it has grown to become the largest market for the company. With a focus on addressing the ongoing supply chain crisis, particularly in the manufacturing and logistics sector, the company has successfully placed over 115,000 workers and served more than 730 clients in over 30 states since 2021.
