20 March 2024

Dutch temporary employment firm Jansen & De Wit announced the acquisition of employment agency In4Work, also based in the Netherlands.

In4Work, located in the city of Franeker, was founded in 2008 and focuses mainly on the secondment of personnel in the cleaning, metal & technology and production sectors.

“With the acquisition of In4Work, we are setting foot on the ground in Friesland for the first time. We add a beautiful location with a professional team that speaks the language of the region to our company. In this way we are able to increase our market share more quickly in the Northern Netherlands,” José Perik, general manager of Jansen & De Wit, said in a press release.

“We are proud to welcome all In4Work employees and clients and are convinced that together we will be even more successful in the North. We will use the name Jansen & De Wit after the takeover, one strong joint brand,” Perik added.

Gerhard Morsink, commercial director at Jansen & De Wit said, “In addition, the acquisition brings new growth opportunities. In4Work's customers may also have other personnel issues, which we can easily solve with one of our types of services. In addition, from Franeker we can now also serve customers in the sectors in which we are already strong."

Jansen & De Wit's services include secondment, payrolling, temporary employment and providing back office for intermediaries. The company has branches in Hoogeveen, Emmen, Heerde, Nijverdal and Groningen and has a presence in the construction & infrastructure, metal & technology, logistics, cleaning, horticulture and production sectors.
