Italy-based recruitment firm, Openjobmetis SpA (OJM:MIL) reported revenue last week for the full year ended 31 December 2018 of €594.2 million, an increase of 1.8% compared with the previous year.

Openjobmetis engages in employment services and focuses on the provision of specialist recruitment activities.

The 1.8% growth in 2018 is due to an increase in revenue from the company’s core business: temporary work, which increased by 1.6% to €585.5, as well as significant increases in revenue from the group’s Personnel Recruitment and Selection (up 43.0% compared to 2017) and Outplacement (up 42.7% compared to 2017) divisions.

On 6 June 2018, Openjobmetis announced that it acquired 100% of the capital of Coverclip Srl, a Milan-based company that owns Meritocracy, an online job-matching platform.

On 26 July 2018, the company announced that it acquired HC Human Connections, an educational company that carries out interventions dedicated to the development and coaching of HR in organisations.

In trading last week, Openjobmetis shares traded at €7.24, down 0.56% on the day. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of €99.27 million.
