Italy – ManpowerGroup launches new initiative for young jobseekers

ManpowerGroup in Italy has launched a new initiative called PowerU Digital, in collaboration with Deloitte and bank Intesa Sanpaolo , with the sponsorship of Confindustria Digitale, in order to address the current situation in the labour market and the skills shortage, particularly among young jobseekers.

The goal of initiative is to develop, cultural and digital training for young people, in order to facilitate their entry into the world of work.

"With the Digital PowerU project we aim to support new generations in understanding the global job scene,” Stefano Scabbio, President for the Mediterranean Area and Eastern Europe ManpowerGroup, said.
