Ireland – National Recruitment Federation (NRF) elects new president

17 November 2016

At the National Recruitment Federation Annual General Meeting last week in the Chamber of Commerce in Dublin, Frank Farrelly of Sigmar Recruitment was appointed as the new president. Taking up the position Farelly commented “I am delighted to be taking up the mantle of NRF President for 2016-2018. I am grateful to my predecessor Barbara McGrath for doing such sterling work over her term as president. Barbara has been a brilliant ambassador for Irish Recruitment. She has left us with a strong platform to continue developing into the future and I am proud to have served under her leadership.”

In her final speech outgoing President Barbara McGrath commented “I am delighted to handover to Frank Farrelly as the new President of the NRF. Huge strides have been made in our industry over the past few years and as we move into this new ‘world of work’ it is vital more than ever we keep a keen eye on compliance and best practice. I am proud of the contribution the NRF has made on behalf of the recruitment industry by its participation at social dialogue meetings for the good of the industry and Ireland Inc. as a whole. Hopefully everyone can see the benefit that the Federation plays for all of our members “Barbara also paid tribute to the very hard working committee and NRF staff whom without these roadways would not have been made.

Frank will be supported in his new role by new Vice President Louise Nolan. Louise is the Co Owner and a director of The Production People.
