CPL Resources Plc. (DQ5:ISE), the Ireland-based staffing group, has taken an 80% investment in Servisource Healthcare Ltd and Servisource Recruitment Ltd. No details of the price paid were given.
Servisource Healthcare provides home healthcare services and medical care, delivered by nurses and therapists, and non-medical support services delivered by qualified care assistants.
Servisource Recruitment Ltd provides temporary and permanent recruitment to hospitals, healthcare facilities and other businesses all across Ireland.
CPL says in a statement "these acquisitions extend CPL's footprint in the healthcare sector and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional quality service to our valued customers."
