Almost half, or 44%, of Irish employees are likely to move jobs in the coming 18 months, reports businessworld.ie with data from recruitment consultancy Fastnet. The data also showed that career advancement and professional development rank higher than financial rewards and flexibility for both male and female talent considering a career move. The survey targeted more than 500 employees and employers. Fastnet Co-founder and Managing Partner, Niamh O’Driscoll said, "With these figures, employers must understand the importance of attracting, developing and retaining the best talent."
