Technology staffing firm Yoh acquired GECO Deutschland, a Hamburg, Germany-based specialty IT recruitment firm. Yoh reported the acquisition expands its IT specialty staffing practice area internationally.

The transaction closed 1 March; terms were not disclosed. GECO Asia and GECO Systems were not included in the transaction.

GECO Deutschland provides IT recruitment in Germany with offices in Hamburg and Munich. It provides recruitment for critical IT development, networking, infrastructure and support professionals for permanent and contract positions.

The deal follows Yoh’s February acquisition of Maxsys Solutions LLC, a US-based specialty IT recruitment firm.

The GECO group, founded in 1998, is an IT service provider focused on the recruitment of specialists for IT projects on a project or temp-to-perm basis.
