The zvoove Group, a Germany-based provider of SaaS (software as a service) solutions for personnel (including temporary and permanent staff) and facility service providers, announced that it has acquired German start-up Fortytools.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Founded in 2010, Fortytools offers professional software for cleaning companies to easily plan and manage internal projects and processes. The group is a modern, digital control and administration software for easy creation of offers and invoices, order and employee management as well as resource planning and time recording.

According to Fortytools, from the start, the aim of the development was to offer an easy-to-use and inexpensive SaaS solution for the digital management of all building cleaning processes and to enable the opportunities of digitisation without high initial investments for smaller companies as well. Around 500 companies and 5,000 users are currently working with the Fortytools app.

The zvoove Group expands its position in the segment of smaller building cleaners with the acquisition.

With its previous ERP (enterprise resource planning) solution for building service providers, zvoove offers a range of functions which enables building service providers to completely digitise their business processes, from recruiting workers to payroll accounting. So far, the solution has primarily been aimed at medium-sized and larger building service providers.
