Soorce, a German talent platform for high level freelance positions in Digital Marketing and Digital IT reported revenue of €47 million on a German GAAP basis (generally accepted accounting principles) for the year 2022, an increase of 58% in sales compared to €29.7 million the prior year.

Soorce, which has offices across Germany including in Mannheim, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Essen and Nuremberg, said it plans to add and train 30 additional employees to the sales & recruiting teams for FY 2023. The group’s sales outlook is €70 million.
