Germany – Nearly half a million refugees still looking for a job (Sputnik News)

20 December 2016

More than 400,000 refugees in Germany are still looking for a job since December 2015, reports Sputnik News Service. Director of German Federal Employment Agency's Institute for Research Joachim Moller said that since December 2015, 34,000 refugees have found a job. "It would be an illusion to believe that we would be able to hire a huge number of refugees for well-paid jobs in the industrial sector, such as, for example, the automobile industry." Moller stated that 1 out of 5 refugees who found a job was a part-time worker.
