Germany – House of HR acquires TimePartner

The House of HR Germany has announced that is has acquired German temporary employment agency TimePartner Group.

"Germany has strong economic growth and a relatively low unemployment rate and one of the most attractive markets for recruitment and temporary work in Europe,” Jérôme Caille, CEO of House of HR, said.

Caille said that he expects the German temporary staffing industry to have an annual growth of 6.1% by 2025.

"The TimePartner Group has shown, under the direction of Sven Kilian and Thorsten Droste, organic growth of around 10% per year in recent years that it is optimally positioned in this market. Their multi-brand strategy, broad range of services and advanced processes make the company an ideal addition to the European House of HR family and one of our faces in Germany,” Caille said.

"The House of HR is one of the most innovative and creative companies in our industry. This strengthens not only the back for further growth in Germany. We now have a strong partner at our side in which we can offer our international customers even better service," Sven Kilian, managing partner of TimePartner group, said.

“The House of HR brings a wealth of innovative solutions, smartphone-based apps and new ideas that we can use to bring rapid, digital and smart solutions for companies and candidates on the market. We see great opportunity to re-position ourselves for future growth,” Kilian said.

TimePartner Group will continue to operate under its established brand name.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
