Synergie, a Paris-based staffing firm with international operations, reported third-quarter revenue rose 9.2% with much of the growth occurring outside France. The firm ranks as one of the world’s largest staffing companies.

International activity now accounts for 53% of consolidated activity. The company, which operates a network of 710 agencies, stated that expansion outside of France continued at a strong pace over the first nine months of the year, up 18.0% to €996.1 million, with net increases in its strongest regions: up 16.4 % in southern Europe and 6.9 % in the Benelux countries.
“In a more strained recruitment environment, Synergie maintained its solid positions both in France and internationally by optimizing its cross-sourcing offer and investing in training for both temporary and permanent employees,” Synergie stated.
Shares in Synergie closed at €27.25 yesterday, down 3.02% on the day. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of €646.81 million.
