France – Synergie reports strong international and domestic growth

French staffing firm Synergie (SDG: PAR) reported revenue of €524.7 million for the third quarter ending 30 September 2016, an increase of 11.4% compared with €470.9 million during the same period last year.

Synergie also reported revenue for the nine months ending 30 September 2016 of €1,467.4 million, an increase of 10.3% compared to €1,329.9 million last year.

The group stated that the significant increase in revenue growth in France is the result of taking market share from major contractors and their subcontractors, “with innovative offerings in growth sectors such as aerospace, renewable energy, shipbuilding and new information and communications technology.”

Internationally, the group states that growth continued in Europe (+14%) and Benelux (+12%) with other regions also on the rise.

Looking forward, the company stated that it is confident in its performances and financial solidity, and the group will continue to research new acquisitions in Europe and, in particular, confirms the progress of its ongoing negotiations in the United Kingdom and is targeting turnover of €2 billion for the full year 2016, which it is set to report on February 2017.

As of last trade Synergie SA traded at €30.05, up 5.11% on the day and equivalent to the 52-week high of €30.05, set on 6 October 2016. Based on its current share price, the company has a market value of €696.5 million.
