Proman, a recruitment firm headquartered in Manosque, France, recently announced three acquisitions, according to a report by Les Petites Affiches. The acquisitions included a majority stake in Rialto Recruitment, a Belgium-based executive search firm; CréaJob Services, a temporary staffing company based in Geneva, Switzerland; and Proman finalized its acquisition of CarpeDiem, a staffing firm based in Pau, France. “As Rialto Recruitment is the first executive search office in the Proman group, its expertise will be the basis to strengthen Proman in the field of executive search and headhunting,” said Patrick Van Lijsebetten, managing director of Rialto Recruitment, in a separate announcement.
