France – Proman takes stake in Seeland Job

French staffing firm Proman announced that it has entered a partnership with Switzerland-based Seeland Job AG.   The deal  involves Proman taking a stake in Seeland Job.

Seeland Job, founded by Andy Hofmann and Fredi Steinacher, offers temporary or permanent recruitment solutions and operates in the following sectors: building industry, craft industry, industry and sales.

Proman stated that the “new partnership in Switzerland allows us to build new opportunities for growth which goes towards the Proman’s announced goal of achieving 350 branches and a turnover of €2 billion euros in 2020.”

“Seeland Job’s excellent reputation on its territory and the strong human values that we share with the founders Andy Hofmann and Fredi Steinacher, have led to closer links between our two companies,”

Roland Gomez, Chief Executive of the Proman Group, said. “This step appeared natural and faithful to our mutual will of development in Switzerland”.

“Our partnership with Proman offers new exciting future prospects,” Steinacher said. “We are going to join our forces respecting our family culture and offer to our clients and partners, more flexible and top-quality services.”
